Had a beautiful gentle and generous day yesterday with "We are Nature' in some amazing nourishing woods not too far from me but where I've never been before. Honouring, walking, rattle making and connecting. i learnt some new skills too! It was wonderful hearing your beautiful soulful flute and drone. I will definitely be up for making one with you. Not really knowing what to expect from the session with Larissa, I found the morning very enlightening. Opening myself to nature with Larissa's help like this was a fulfilling experience that will stay with me
Larissa's deep connection to the natural world shines through. Her heartfelt music is magical to be part of and affects people deeply. She lives what she says and is such an inspiration. AND she never stops blimmin smiling - it's infectious! Can't wait to work with her again, even if I do have to drag myself all the way to Scotland!

Lovely intro session to the '5 pathways to nature connection' - looking forward to what's set to be an insightful little course with Larissa.
I can't believe I didn't know what was missing in my life. It seems so obvious now, I now know that I am an animal and that I am part of the animal world. Everything looks and feels differnt now I know this. Truly life changing, thank you so much Larissa.
Larissa holds the circle with care and compassion. She really makes us feel welcomed as we are, warts and all and it's such a relief to let down my guard and be me. I also can't believe that other people say what I think, I had no clue that we all have the same problems.
I couldn't believe that one woman made such a range of sounds! I was convinced there was somebody else in the room with her. I really got into it and guess I 'journeyed' as I was off in a lovely dream world - I had a whole fantasy of lying by a river and birds and everything. I completely forgot that I was in the village hall. A tip though - when she says 'bring a yoga mat and blanket' she means it! Some people had sheep skins to lie on and they looked really snug. Would definitely come again

Its really interesting - I didn't really know what to expect. I'd heard of Tai Chi and always wanted a go. With Larissa's 'Mindful Movement QiGong' lessons I've been learning to 'hear' my body, which is a new idea for me. So, we usually spend time learning to hear our bodies messages, and moving in specific ways - like flowing moves. It feels really peaceful and relaxing, and I do get what she means about 'being in our bodies'. The meditationy stuff is still a bit of a challenge for me, I can see that there's something in it - I just can't stop myself 'thinking' yet!
